How often must Dormant Company Accounts be filed?
Company accounts must be filed for every financial year. If filing your first accounts they must be filed within 21 months of the date of incorporation. Every subsequent filing of accounts must be done within 9 months from the accounting reference date (ARD). For example, accounts with an ARD of 31 December must be filed by 30 September the following year.
What details do we require?
We only need a few basic details such as company name, company number, year end (ARD), webfiling authentication code and the name of one director to sign the accounts. If the company held a bank account during the year being reported then we will also need a copy of the bank statement emailing to confirm there were no transactions.
How do I pay?
After preparing your accounts we will raise our invoice. We offer various payment methods including bank transfer, cheque and PayPal.
